The Tuscan Rose Online Store offers the following return policies:
Exchanges may be made for tangible products only. Customers will pay for shipping of exchanges back to Tuscan Rose. Tuscan Rose will pay to ship exchanged items to the customers by the same method it was originally shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tuscan Rose Shipping Policies In most cases, orders are packaged and shipped next day following payment. Shipping varies on holidays or other posted notices, please ask for details.
Tuscan Rose makes no guarantee on delivery dates as we have no control on the delivery process once your package has been received by the carrier. International orders go through customs and can experience a delay in process. Please check with your local custom office on delayed orders.
A USPS Delivery Confirmation or UPS tracking number for domestic shipping is supplied if an email address was provided with the order. Tuscan Rose is not responsible for lost or damaged orders and any delivery disputes must go through the carrier.
On International Orders, Tuscan Rose cannot alter custom forms or invoices to facilitate less duty or taxes. All International orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service only.
PayPal is an internet credit card processor and is the company that we partner with to ensure complete security and privacy. All payment transactions in the “checkout” process are handled by PayPal using a secure internet connection.
You do not need a PayPal account or a PayPal credit card to use your personal credit card!
Credit card information is never viewed, captured or used by Tuscan Rose.
We will never share any personal information that you provide Tuscan Rose, including email addresses.
Please note that all items are intended for adult use. Bags, jewelry and handmade items may have small pieces that could be a choking hazard with children. Metal components may or wil be mixed materials and are not guaranteed to be lead free.
